Being Korean by blood, my family followed an Asian tradition where on the first birthday, a baby is sat in front of various items. It is said that whatever the baby picks up will tell who they'll be in the future. I think mine came out very true.

Of all the items, I picked up a pencil and a pair of scissors.

That was the beginning of my journey in the creative field. Ever since then, I've constantly explored one form of craft or another. From woodworking and leatherworking to intricate ceramics, fiber, and pastry arts, working with my hands remains my favorite way of relaxing.

Here's a few things I've made in the last few years.
